This is the best management sim I've played. The combination of tactics, development, and financial balancing always leaves you with something to work on. I've never been a huge soccer (football) fan, but this game has left me enthralled.

I really loved this game. If you've seen the show and are worried about the story...well, this is A LOT better than the show. It's not a skill-based game. There are a couple areas where you need to react quickly, but this is more of an interactive story than anything. Some people won't like that, but I enjoyed it. I've never been as attached to a character...as emotionally invested in a character...as I was by the end of this game. (Okay, except for my main character in EverQuest...)

I can't say more than that without spoiling the story. If you're okay playing an interactive story, then give this one a try.

If you've enjoyed the show at all in recent years, then you should enjoy this game. It took me about 15 hours on the hardest difficulty to finish, and that included doing most of the side-quests, which didn't really feel like they were taking me out of the story like many games' side-quests do.
Just remember to never fart on anyone's balls...

It's like Mutant League Football meets Chess!

One of the best puzzle games that I've ever played.
