What more could I say... One of the best game I'd ever played!!!!

The game was amazing, but TL’s customer support is literally the WORST! My account was hacked, and the hacker racked up hundreds of dollars in purchases on my account. I contacted Steam support, and after investigating, they confirmed that I was hacked and even issued a refund. But when I returned to TL, my account was permanently banned.

I reached out to TL support, and they basically said there was nothing they could do and told me to submit an appeal. I explained the whole situation in my appeal, but the moderator DENIED it, saying I “needed to provide more evidence.” And get this—they only allow ONE appeal per violation! Where am I supposed to go to appeal again? There’s no phone number, no live chat, NOTHING.

I’ve spent real money and hundreds of hours in this game, only to get banned for something I didn’t even do. If you’re going to ban me, at least give me back the money I spent on this game! This is beyond UNFAIR.

If you going play this game, beware of hackers because TL support will NOT HELP YOU!!!
