You can only save at the end of the day, and when there is a 10% chance the game will crash on any given in-game day, you are truly playing roulette with your spare time. I have lost so much progress that I had to redo, because of the constant crashing in the game.
Just in the past 7 hours of playtime I've had 4 crashes, all of which set me back at least half an hour.


Top that with the game feeling forever unfinished in a lot of other aspects, I just cannot recommend anyone grabbing this game. Just as a few examples:

- More than half the NPCs feel like complete placeholders.
- The combat creates MASSIVE stutters, that makes it almost unplayable.
- Sometimes quests just breaks across updates, and you cannot get the items you need without a cheat mod, or a hard reset of your save.
- A lot of art seems placeholder, in the way you'd expect to see in cheap asset-flips. They clash with the rest of the world, but for some reason they stuck with it into the full release.
- The load on my GPU for this relatively simple a game, makes me question if the real business plan for the developers is mining BitCoin.
- All enemies seem like something taken right out of FLYFF or a similar pre-2010 free to play MMO. They are also bundled haphazardly throughout the world in a jarringly immersion breaking manner.

It has so much potential, but it's a technical mess, and it should have focused on a few aspects of the game, instead of aiming for the 500 things it tries to do at once - none of them well.

Amazing game, and once the story mode is over, there's still the arcade mode for endless amounts of fun. With the new redo of the arcade mode, you feel thoroughly rewarded too, and get some nice options to tweak the experience to your liking.

I HIGHLY recommend this game!

It's a great and fun little adventure, in a tightly built and connected area. I highly reccomend it to fans of the genre, and have personally had a wonderful time with it!

What you need to keep in mind though, is that this game is significantly more an adventure game, than any other genre, and there is no consistent gameplay loop to speak of.

If you like this genre, and find the setting intriguing, then you're in for a great treat!
If not, I suggest your steer clear, or at least wait for a sale.

Also, the game is, as of the writing of this review, incredibly buggy. There are almost daily patches, that fixes a lot every time, and the game is fully playable, but expect some jank.

As a fan of Harvest Moon, with over 1000 hours put into the series in general, I can say that this game sure competes quite well, especially compared to newer entries in the HM series.

If you wish for a laid-back & relaxing game, that still gives you quite nice goals, or at least subtly urges you to set goals for yourself, this is it. Absolutely great, 10/10, this is the game I'll start judging new HM games to, instead of Friends of Mineral Town, my previous favourite game in the genre.

As opposed to calling it picross as the developer is (Probably for legal reasons), this is basically everything that makes up the Picross e-series from the 3ds. Great controls, lots of puzzles, and in this case, future workshop support. Even if the price was thrice as high, I'd still probably reccomend it to anyone who, like me, love picross puzzles.

Incredibly fun game! Worth every penny!

It's pretty much just a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥-simulator, but damn is it good at it! If you want a game that has mechanics unlike anything you've played before, this one is it! Imagine Portal, but on LSD

Impressively solid game, even though it has flaws. Good fun! If you buy it at a sale, you've made a pretty good buy!

This is SimCity, but good! Worth every penny!

It's okay, but the whole buying power system is sadly overshadowing a really solid game.
