Very psychological, I did not enjoy it at all. Drawn out and lots of yapping...

I got hard stuck three times because of bugs, really frustrating when there's only one checkpoint in the entire game. Didn't even bother to finish the game, I watched a YT playthrough of it instead.

BUT........

The community is rotten and full of racism and edgy people. It's honestly worse than a COD lobby. If you join a game and someone doesn't say the N word in the first 3 seconds, you're lucky.

It really feels like you're in a movie while running around in this game. REALLY EPIC!
The community is also really solid, they even won over Sony.

P.S: DO NOT sit on the mortar turret 😳🙅‍♂️

Staff went above and beyond.

Pretty fun game for a stream at least. There are some parts that are very slow, such as transportation parts.
But overall, a fun game!

Since this is heavily inspired from Heroes of Might and Magic I will compare it to that a bit.

Great game, movement both outside and in battle feels smoother than HoMM 3. The UI is easy to navigate and relatively smooth, I wish they added some hotkeys for transferring a single troop quicker though. Artstyle is amazing, the story is great and the post-mission songs are really fun to listen to. I look forward to them every mission I do. There's multiplayer (online vs players) and skirmish mode (offline vs bots)

The game needs more missions though, it's in early access at the moment so there's only 2 campaigns with 4 missions in each campaign. There's currently four different factions, they need to add more factions for sure. Also since it's released in 2022 I expect them to add functions like simultaneous turns, matchmaking, ranking(?).

One thing I'm personally missing a bit from HoMM 3 is that all the buildings were inside of your main base, I really liked seeing the progress inside my town starting from nothing to a really cool city.

Overall a great spiritual successor with an absolute huge amount of potential. I really recommend buying it either now or when it actually releases. Up to you!
