This game is not for the faint of heart. It goes through the motions of a very real condition that many people face on a daily basis. It was refreshing to know that a game like this exists. I suffer from anxiety and depression, and anything that can help reduce the stigma of mental illness is a plus in my book.

Having said that, I do wish it had more substance. I finished the entire game in under 20 minutes, and I'm not someone who is particularly gifted at gaming. I think having depression allowed me to finish the game rather quickly. Maybe others wouldn't do so well. I don't know. At any rate, I didn't find it worth the trouble to download onto my computer, especially with the little time I spent on the game itself.

Still, this is a unique way to explain depression to someone, and as someone who understands, I can't say no to that.
