this game could have been great but its got a lot of small things that could be improved. also long loading times and losing to a boss and not getting back the bullets and potions is really ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ annoying. traversing is tedious, especially since theres no teleportation in the game

What a letdown compared to the first two games. story manages to be not only worse but also over the top at the same time. the dlc reuse to much asset the game forces you to replay levels while also not replaying the story levels. something you could do in the first two games. the villain had no epic boss fight you cant dual carry gatling guns :(. once you finish killing all the uber commanders you dont even get a bonus cutscene showing a liberated america. making the slog that was hunting them down and killing them feel even more of a slog then it was.

The fact that stronghold 2 and legends have recieved multiple fairly big uppdates and this game dont even have achievements is telling. also gotta love how the first thing i see in this game is an advertisement for a better game.

This game is just so repetetive. half of all collectibles could have been removed and it would still feel padded out.

Not sure why this is so highly rated game dont work. crashes 5 seconds into main screen none of the fixes work. some say theyve fixed it using windows 95 compatibility (didnt work for me) quick searches show games bene plagued to death with these technical issues.

i played this game originally on the wiiu pretty sure that version looked better and had fewer bugs. this is more of a demaster then a remaster. Also at times this game looks pretty good but holy hell the artificially low view distances are atrocius

dont get this unless heavily discounted dont reward the lazy port ubi did.

Im not to sure how to feel about this game i played some a long time ago on the wii (dont remember the name) and certainly its a fun good game i just dont feel its worth the asking price unless you get it on a sale. some of the sneaking missions are clunky at best and pretty horrible to do some bosses (mainly final boss) took forever to finish even with uppgraded space ship.. some of the challanges were so hard i had to put down my controller and start using a keyboard and mouse to do them otherwise the time would run out before i finished. once you are done with the main campaign missions there really isnt a lot to do or see in the overworld

if you want to be taken back to the past with early 2000s objective games like this you will have a blast and admittedly i did. all in all i had about 10h in this game and i did everything including 100% the game and achievements. a few qol improvements and a better full price for this game say 20euro including the dlc and i think its at the price point where its worth it.

Theres a bug in the game im stuck at 99% this bug has been in the game since launch. ♥♥♥♥ this game.

Frankly this game port is in need of massive bug fixes. the fact the gog version has even removed the gfwl is telling how little they care. If bethesda ever do go back and fix this games like what they should have done a decade ago il rewrite this review.
