I absolutely loved the original and the other games Stranga has made and this is not a let down in the slightest. Love the new details he's added in the lore and the graphics have really improved over the years. Can't wait to 100% this game along with the others.

Intro
I'm not quite too sure why this game got as much hate as it did. It's an entertaining game that has great graphics, a good story, and great voice acting. There have been a few bugs and shortcomings I've witnessed while playing this game as it's not nearly as polished as the other Walking Dead VR Title Walking Dead Saints and Sinners, however what it does bring to the table is a unique adventure based on the Walking Dead TV Series by AMC (rather than the Walking Dead Comic Series that S&S is based on).

Controls
Controls may be funky but the game gives you an arsenal of helpful settings. This includes a left handed mode (useful for any of us lefties or ambidextrous), comfort controls like vignette, teleportation, etc. The games combat is admittedly one of the shortcomings this game has. It takes 2 bullets in the head to kill a walker, if you shoot anywhere else it'll stunt the walker for a bit before moving on. Melee combats feel much much better as it takes on stab to the head to kill a walker or 3 jabs with a hammer. Reloading feels off and arcadey.

Story & Hub
The story is easy to follow along for new and old viewers from the Walking Dead TV Series. The Hub is quite small but in it you have a campfire (where you begin the story mode missions), a billboard where you can see letters and quests from the people of Alexandria, as well as the staff credits. You can make and upgrade buildings, go on looting / scavenging hunts to bring back supplies, go to the armory to test new weapons you found and upgrade them. For the story mode missions you'll be playing as Daryl and for the scavenging missions you'll be able to play as Rick, Michonne, or Carol.

Conclusion
I have really enjoyed my time with this game so far and would recommend this game even at the default price of $29.99. I, however, would even more-so recommend waiting for this game to go on sale on Steam or websites like Humble Bundle and Fanatical. I've seen it go for $13.49 alone and for $5 along with 2 other games in a bundle.

Played Haunted Asylum and completely freaked out. 10/10 would do it again

The Complete Saga was my first ever lego game and this will probably be my last lego game. What a great last hurrah.
