I want to love this game, I really do. I loved the books, they are probably some of the best Warhammer fiction of all time.
However, the voice acting is mediocre and bordering on cheesey, and even a scant 40 minutes in I'm noticing things that I would consider key points missing. Such as some one reaching for something while having a gun in his mouth, the joker gods of fate, "Razor delphus pathway! Pattern Ivory!", and the "heavens uplifting, thrice sevenfold, a crown with stars" which explains why they're on a landing pad to begin with.

The combat gameplay is simplistic, yet engaging, and the graphics are suitabley moody (grimdark) and grand. It really does make you appreciate the scale everything is built too in the 40k universe.

If anything, it's just made me want to re-read the book.

Screw microtransactions. Especially when promised that they will never be in game. What's the point in buying a game, multiple DLC packs and even some weapon packs, when suddenly my equipment is worse and I need to pay MORE to get it back to its old state.
