This is great for getting started or back into Japanese, without worrying too much about conversation - can't have much of a conversation if you dont know what things are!
Failing a lot at the testing modes in the beginning is hard but failing helps the game better figure out your weak words and focus on those later.
I absolutly love it! I hope for future updates of more places and items, even if its DLC!

CONS: VERY grindy, quests are difficult to keep track of, money in early game is nearly impossible, all the DLC activates way too early (espcially for new players), crafting is too tedious - just feels like it could be great, but wasnt playtested enough by people outside the original devs

PROS: beautiful pixel art (and i mean some of the BEST ive ever seen!!), characters are silly and funny (if asshats some times), concept and ideas are interesting and what originally drew me into this game, was not expecting an Isekai but holy ♥♥♥♥ thats funny & cheap/goes on sale often

Great collab game, the updates are fantastic, the cosmetics are great AND the game is just a good time
...If you dont like bugs tho, you may have a hard time

You wont like this game if you dislike difficulty even on Casual (old games were made different?), reading (and a lot of it), potentially having to take notes & figuring things out for yourself (cause the wiki cant save you)

But its good and it fixes so much of the original's issues - mainly being out of date and QoL updates, some nice new visuals but still good!
And theres a brand new area & group just for the remake!

Everyone should play this at least once. I'm not sure I'd be brave enough to play it a second time, and never on my own. I played thru with someone very special to me, who has played this before (but before Farewell Edition) and we had a wonderful time.
No spoilers but I wasnt expecting any of them to hit so hard, especially Stanley & Alice.
Thank you devs, for everything.
Side note: this game still has a fair share of glitches, nothing that cant be fixed by saving and quitting. This might've been from playing with Steam's co-op. It was really funny most of the time.

Every character HITS and KEEPS HITTIN
Every song fits the theme of DnD and running a tavern or the individual characters SO WELL! It all loops but doesnt feel annoying!!
I WANT TO EAT THE ART!! It's so on point and amazing, and the animations for each character arent too distracting but just enough to give them even more personality!

I NEARLY CRIED WHEN I SAW ONE OF THE SPECIAL GUESTS <3

Unless you know what you're doing, this is much harder to set up than Vseeface or vMagicMirror.
My tracking was inredably jittery and bad and its not my camera or lighting. (Fixed, still a little jittery but better than VSF)
I've never even heard of a .warudo file before this and i don't know any other program that supports that file type. (no other program supports .warudo files, similar to vsfavatar but easier to set up?)
That being said, this is a program that could take a decently long time to learn - however the payoff would be very large as very few other programs come close to doing this. I really like the setup helper but i think it needs more steps to really fine tune it.
I'll be keeping an eye on this, i hope for good things!

Update: Ok this is just REALLY COOL. Could be great for streamers with FBT. My biggest problem is still the same tho - would take a long time to learn the program if you dont understand programming with nodes. Needs more premade node trees for people who dont understand programming.

if you like Hades and Hollow Knight and Animal Crossing, you'll like this

Its a little buggy but honestly, for streamers its almost nessasary and unless i find something else that does this but better, i will recommend it

Get ChromaLab VR, its basically the same thing but actually lets you interact with the particles. I have an HTC Vive Cosmos, with the Cosmos Controllers and i could barely get anything outside of the bubble gun to work.
And yes, i get that its made for beginners to vr and children - they would learn the same controls in ChromaLab VR and have more fun.
