CASH TRADING RULES!!!!!!;

1. You will be sending your payment via Paypal first. I will not go first under any circumstances. No exceptions will be made.
2. I will not send you (the buyer) keys until I have a confirmed Paypal transfer from your account
3. You must have a verified Paypal account
4. You will pay any and all fees
5. You will send the payment as a "gift"
6. Your Steam account must have at least 500+ hours in Team Fortress 2, and preferably owns at least 25+ games
7. In the Paypal transaction, you will include "I am buying [item] from Steam user “Horseman” and will not request a refund or chargeback under any circumstance", including your Steam profile URL at the end. You will also include your Steam ID in number form.
8. Banned on Outpost, marked on Steamrep, have a suspicious amount of Steamrep-marked friends? Using an alt account? I will not trade with you.
9. I can and will back out of the trade before any exchange is made if I sense something suspicious.
10. If you send me an invoice I will wait until I receive the actual money before I give you the items.
