EDIT: After banking 155 Hours roughly, I've noticed small things that I myself had to learn, that a Beginner to Skateboarding wouldn't necessarily know. Perhaps tweak the Skate Guide to include some small details for certain Tricks, to give Players a root to build off when learning to skate. For example, the Fakie Trick Guide; maybe include Fakie Flips sometimes must be Switch Nollie. As a relative beginner to freestyle riding myself, I was stumped, felt like a dunce when I found out how lol a good chuckle. Just something that could allow it to be a touch more Playable to the average user that might not be too in touch with Skate Lingo them self. Outside of that small bit of a smudge, an outstanding product, and most definitely worth the purchase even at the increased Price!

It has its rough spots, obviously, it's in Alpha. Outside of that, an outstanding time shredding the Streets of Brooklyn. Super excited to see further development. Played the Console port recently and it's equally as fun. Give them both a try folks!

After logging about 20 hours almost into it, I found out how to utilize the Controls and honestly, Hardcore is the only way to play, yes it is MUCH harder, but it's also much more fulfilling and helps force you to be patient and think for lines instead of just bombing monsters, like you can't just nail a 20+ foot drop, things of that nature.

Try Hardcore Difficulty, if you enjoy skateboarding, you'll love it! It really drives home that Skateboarding simulation feel, the physics to landing sketchy, too high of a transition, landing with a wheel funky on a coping, snagging a truck on a ledge, it gets tedious but it makes it so much more entertaining, and the accomplishment is much more fulfilling.

The updates are slow, yes, but thankfully I have personal experience writing Code, and it's not easy, and certainly isn't a quickly done process.

So, slow updates, but I give them the benefit of the doubt because writing code to run smooth isn't easy. And lets be honest, it's an indie Developer, this is there only Title to my knowledge, they're a bunch of people literally thriving off donations and Early Access buys, they aren't doing it for a living yet so to speak where they can get to the grindstone and crank out weekly or monthly updates or patches, they only have so many resources they can stretch.

Frankly, I'm VERY pleased with how the Game has come, and I'm pumped to see 0.0.0.0.6



After wracking up 123 Hours, I can truly say that if you love Skateboarding, you absolutely can NOT sleep on this. This is what the Skater enthusiasts have been waiting for, the folks who used to play Tony Hawk as kids while reading TransWorld and Thrasher, and just always had something missing, this scratches that itch! You truly can skate like you always wished, you can go tear up the Brooklyn Banks just like Suski, Muska, the legends, all the grit and grime New York's Streets have always offered for skaters.

Also, note to the Dev's, NEVER TAKE THE BANKS! "Save The Banks" in it's Digital Form, to preserve the Legacy it holds in every skaters heart, even the ones who never got to go. Plus props for being one of "the few, the proud" to actually provide this iconic Spot, like few have over the years, I only recall Grind Session from my childhood having "Da Banks" lol get out there and shred folks!
