Its not the Neverhood or Skullmonkeys- I mean, obviously, but dont come into the game with expectations based on nostalgia. Armikrog is its own thing, but it hits that same Claymation jam that made me love the previous games.
It's short, I was able to complete it in 5 hours and Im pretty slow when it comes to these things since I like revisiting and backtracking whenever I can looking for secrets or if I think something has changed.
The puzzles sometimes get vague but are fairly easy to do when you figure it out- the hints are sometimes just in front of you and arent that deep at all. like: A robot puzzle has you look at the robot imagery before you and you just have to try to copy it, there werent any hints about it just a room
The story is pretty straightforward and isnt that deep (again I was able to finish it in about 5 hours, others even less like 1) and there arent many cutscenes aside from the octovator's story cutscenes.

Its a bit buggy and takes a sec to get used to but I had fun playing!

Im a total s*ut for open world RPG games. This just really tickled my fancy, ever since i lost the will to play GW2. Alone or with friends this game is a treat. I'd suggest finding a way to test the waters somehow like i did during its free week before deciding on buying it though.

The game made me want to die, cry and laugh. Also the music is absolutely stellar. i commend the creators of the game for making me feel something, and I think you wont regret getting it.

A quick game with an easy to get 100% regarding achievements

took me less than an hour but gave me the chilly feelings man. the story is hard to get if you dont listen to the totems, but its pretty touching. i love it lots and will remember this experience for a while.
