I've never played a Half-Life game before, and I would consider myself more of a "casual gamer"
This is literally one of if not the best experience I have ever had with a game. I 100% recommend playing this in the Index/w the knuckles controllers. It really makes the immersion.

The game does a 10/10 job on introducing how the VR world should work. I never get lost without a goal. Its the perfect mashup between horror and action. I can't tell you how many times I had to pause the game to wipe the sweat off my hands, or had the thought "man I don't want to go there".

Fun game, I love the art and feel. Currently playing using Steam Play on linux. There is some weird render issue where Mira and Racoon dont show up. I wish there was linux support!

Aay it's pretty good. Worth the money.
