This game is definitely challenging. no matchmaking but it's not a big deal considering early access and a discord for finding groups. played with two other friends and we cleared the first level after 3 hours, 1.5 of which were only two of us kind of testing the water. GTFO has seemingly limitless potential for only being early access. 10/10 would piss myself again

I enjoyed this game until I learned of the fatigue system. If you played Dungeon Fighter Online, you know what I'm talking about. If you dont know what the fatigue system is, let me give you the run down. Every dungeon you will ever enter in this game that is capable of progressing you through the story will cost you fatigue points. You've probably guessed by now that there is a limit to your fatigue points, and once you've hit the fatigue limit you're done. In game, it says the fatigue resets DAILY at 6 AM. IT DOES NOT.... I know, right? It resets WEEKLY. Im not sure why the ever-growing tumor that is fatigue would be set into the game. Maybe it's a Korean thing, I don't know. But I know that if you want to play to you're hearts extent - be prepared to pay for potions that reduce your fatigue. Essentially a membership fee to bypass fatigue.

Enough rant. Closers is a flashy dungeon crawler with beautiful graphics and an exhilerating and extremely satisfying combat system. The storyline is deep and every character has different dialoge for every interaction. The crafting is very straight forward, and there are even seperate missions you can send your offline characters to complete, as well as your other pets to gain various loots and experience. Theres gardening too, it may take time but with enough patience you can harvest them for different buffs, items or in-game currency.

This game is very fun. Very addictive. But after learning the fatigue reset is WEEKLY, I would not recommend this game.
I can't imagine why En Masse Entertainment would force players (who dont want to spend money) to STOP playing their game. There are probably only a handful of games in the entirety of Steam that have this "fatigue" system, and unfortunately, Closers is one of them.
