So... Simple put.
If you like Harry Potter's Wizard world and want to know even more about it, this would be the game.
There's a lot of restrictions on what you can and can't do. The tutorial is huge. To get a flying broom you need to do multiple quests. You can even beat the story without learning how to breed beasts.
If you only like Harry Potter's old games, this is not for you.
if you only like choice-driven games such as fallout this is not for you.

There's hope for the modding community and what brings with it.
I would say a Big yes if you're a big fan but otherwise, wait until modded release + 50%.
