I got a gtx 970, a i5 4690k, and 8gb of ram and on ultra i get 60fps throughout the game with it dropping to 40 fps when i get into huge crowds and 30fps on cutscenes which is weird on the fact that others with potentially better rigs than i have are having problems running this game.
