Game itself it's great, But it's port is horrible, You must have a PC with this specs to play at 60fps at Low detail:
8GB Ram
Intel i7 Graphics Card
12GB of Virtual Ram
1TB Of Memory.
And a Game Optimizer to don't suffer any FPS Lackdown.
