Best Total War game since the classicks of Empire and Napoleon. Finally the game is foccused back on battling and a lot of stupid management options are made faster or are gone. Back to basic but keeping all the good things of the last games since shogun II. The new concept of air combad is great implemented in the game and works fine. Not likeable is that there is no naval battles, I would love to battle with an dwarven Ironclad.

- Finally good melee combad with real tactics instead of cluster♥♥♥♥
- Really into the lore of Warhammer. They worked that out really well
- Great air combad
- Good new releases to keep the game interesting

This game has beautiful music, it inspires and is right in the theme.
The gameplay is hard. This is really for veteran total war players. I have still not been able to build an empire, but I finally figured out how to survive at least. Finally a strategy game that is not so obvious straight foward but really a challenge.
It has a lot of options, it takes a while to figure them all out.

And finally I bought it again, and it is still the best!

I am reunited with my beloved Aztec faction, the most powerfull in my opinion.

But in reallity this game is really balanced per faction, there is not 1 really strong, you just have to find wat fits with your playstyle and that makes this game so great! (for me is the Aztecs, strange enough) Some people think AoE II is good. Well, it is, but it is less balanced.

Back in the days I bought all versions pre-order on disc, I spend a lot (really a lot, something like €78,-) of pocket money on this one, but it was worth it. And today? Still worth it!

A typical Elder Scrolls game where I keep asking the same questions over and over again:
-What am I ****ing doing?
-What are the controls?
-Was this supposed to happen?
-Is there a goal, a purpose, in this game?

And ofcourse, while asking those questions to myself, as a not-so-good-gamer, I'm smashing in the heads of ennemies and making people who seem to know the game angry about what I'm doing . Why? Becouse I am owening them, it seems, while not knowing what I am doing exactly.

Totally worth to play if you like this kind of things. Its like real life, not knowing what you are doing and what your purpose is (accapt real life has better graphics (really, it does)).

This game is all about rp. Instead of leveling I'm more busy with collecting steeds, going to parties and playing insturments and dance. The fighting system is not really evolved but old fasioned for online games. Better it is, becouse all those new games are too complicated for me, being not the best gamer around.

I love the vampire theme, and if you love it, this game is a must have. First very collorful but evey step you make it becomes more and more a game of darkness.
The controlls are great, even for me they are useable xD
Graphics are amazing and I was amazed this beautiful graphics worked on my laptop.
Oh, and this is not a game for people who get in rage quickly, you need to have some patience to learn your ennemies weak points before breaking them.
Buy this game for its storyline, theme, graphics and gameplay.
A must have!

Very nice game. It is based on geological history very mutch. How strong your nation is, depends on all geological factors that are around you combined with the specialisation of the civilization you choose.
Fun to play.
