The Elder Scrolls Online is a good game and I throughly enjoy playing it, which brings me to the problem.
I purchased this game 4 days ago, and so far there has been north of 24 hours of downtime. This is during peak hours and generally the only time I can actually play.
As others have recommended, buy the game from there website, as this is a steam related issue that you can circumnavigate that way.
