The problem with Skins is backpack uses market price to get the price thats why they are always weird prices. My advice would be to put that item on the market place for 5 dollars and after it sells buy 2 keys and wait for them to come off cooldown. Often times the best place to trade skins is simply by selling them especially if they are modified, as that one is. Skins typically have 2 types of buyers. Newer or casual players looking for something pretty and cheap for their weapon. And those looking for nice tier strange skins, typically the more expensive ones. That skin falls inbetween. To expensive for those looking for something cheap and not what those who would spend the money will. It will eventally sell on the market.
