Okay well update, the developers managed to fix my problem. Yeah, make what you like of a game with a million players having server backend issues that have to be fixed on a per-player basis on request, but whatever, it works now so I can say, yeah this is a lot of fun!

Wish it had been a little cheaper or I'd have gotten it sooner, but it was a great christmas gift so can't complain.

Really enjoyed it!

Story was awesome and kept me captivating up till the mind blowing ending.

Game is beautiful, runs very well, and has lots of interesting environments to explore.

Gameplay was alright even if it felt like every enemy was a bullet sponge (maybe I was just doing something wrong I dunno) and by the last parts of the game I usually found myself running past enemies rather than killing them. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
The glide rails were fun though. Level design was sometimes a little confusing of where I was meant to go, but this is a pretty petty gripe, plus there's a handy arrow if you're lost anyway.

Yeah that's my only real issue, doesn't really bother me when I'm here for the story and worldbuilding, and there sure is a lot of that! Everyone should absolutely experience this game if for those things alone.

Game ran well, looked pretty, loaded quickly and generally had fun playing it. FOV isn't locked and neither was frame rate (up to 240fps). Gunplay/netcode seemed decent and responsive even though I suck, and the people in the servers were nice :)

Taught me to stay safe around railways.













Oh and for anyone looking for an actual review, it's a great game with good polish for an early access, very few bugs, and more importantly, it's probably the most addictive legal substance known to man. Buy it.

I like this game, but it hates me.
