Only Valve can make a game with more potential than any FPS game I've ever seen, with a player base that is massive and extremely dedicated (to a fault), and instead of taking care of said game and helping the game reach that potential it always had, or even just leave it in a stable state, they would rather leave that game to rot as a husk of what it once was, and instead of allowing the player base to have free reign of the game or fix the problems that make it borderline unplayable, and are content to continue harvesting profits from it for as long as it continues to make money. It's also pretty clear they never respected or understood it, since they used it to test features that were later added to CS:GO. It was just an experiment to make money and test experimental features to them.

Do not be mistaken, Valve hasn't been the company that made the games they were known for creating for YEARS, and while most of their franchises are valid examples, Team Fortress 2 is the game that is a massive testament to that. Modern Valve rides off of the reputation they once had as well as the legacy the company name has behind it, despite the fact that they could care less about treating that legacy with the respect it deserves.

The game is constantly being unplayable due to many different factors, and you technically still access it, but good luck trying to get any good games with actual people that last for very long.

I love this game, and many others do, but what good is that if playing it is impossible, and the company that has control over it won't do anything about it?

Although it's been constantly portrayed as a horror game, as well as a parody of such, I find it to be more of a modern stealth game. The stealth system of this game has to be my favorite part of this game, as well as the updates adding more content at the time of writing this. It's definitely a game you should grab.

Yeah... It's a good game. Pretty funny, lots of endings, amusing narration...
