If you see someone complaining about the actual gameplay of this game, they're likely delusional. This is a great start gameplay-wise and I'm excited to see where they take it. More environmental stuff would be great, and more end game content as well. Combat had an overall improvement in my opinion, weapon forging is super fun to experiment with, very enjoyable. Optimization is pretty poor though, and AMD experiences a lot of crashing in DX12. Certain maps run pretty poorly as well. Once they start ironing out everything going on there, we should have a pretty good start for early access. Can't wait to see what they add in the future!


Update: Not much later, most of the issues I was having on AMD seem to be alot better. Performance has gotten much better as well, but I think AMD still is at a big disadvantage. I'm not having any crashes anymore though, and that was my biggest issue!

9070XT can't run this game at a good frame rate, not sure if NVIDIA users have it any better, but damn does it run bad. I used the lowest RT preset with balanced upscaler settings, for 45 fps average in game. Just insanely bad performance on HL2, I'd rather just play the original.

I can't tell you to play a game that soft locked after 60 hours in a save. In my save I have encountered several bugs that just destroyed my game. The starting town is gone because for some reason enemies spawn inside an inaccessible area during an event. If you can't kill all the enemies the event will result in the loss of that town, and pretty early on in the game too. Then once I got to Rostock, I did a side-quest for Barkeep. Little did I know that was the one and only side quest I got to do in the town, because Barkeep cannot complete the quest for me. I have no options when going to turn in the quest and he's been stuck like that since around 20 hours into the play through. I think no big deal right. I took a massive break from the game and come back expecting something that is playable, or at least better than what it was before. But I was wrong, a main quest character is now completely locked, and I cannot progress the main story at all. The game has serious potential to actually be fun, but when I run into so many game breaking bugs I just can't recommend this game.

Peak VR mechanics, as of right now anyway

Very fun gameplay loop honestly, if you like the gunplay of tarkov you'd probably enjoy this more than your normal fps player. Keep in mind this is an early access title, there are gonna be alot of updates in the future, but it's a ride I'm down for.

So i have found out that memory is just getting used up... all of it
i only have 8 gigs is not something i should b saying. 8 gigs is a standard if it was 16 that would b rediculouse not to mention the campain still is so hard to get through. Multiplayer is fun. Zombies is fun. Free run is super fun pls more maps and i cant wait for the modding tools. Other than those facts that this game should b running better. its a gud game. I do reccomend buying this game however u might want to wait till they fix their ♥♥♥♥.When i updated my os to windows 10 it started crashing like crazy so beware.
