A spinoff like The Man Who Erased His Name, but this time with another fan favorite and personally mine, Goro Majima shipwrecked and stranded at sea.

Great old action beat'em up combat as the older titles, which I prefer from the good as well turn base we see from the mainline games now. Giving you 2 modes of combat and a lot of upgrades to take on and get.

Not too long and one of the shorter ones in this long and historic series. Its a fun romp thorughout its play time and well worth full price for any fan or sea lubber alike!

A great addition to Insomniac's Fantastic 2018 Spider man and a spectacular Miles story in between the new game coming up to PC soon

+ Exploration and web swinging around Harlem and NYC is always a fun time, Now in snow
+Combat is still the same crunchy fluid goodness from the first game, albiet with less flair and moves.
+Story is still a true Spidey origin story

-Game was too short, 20 hours to 100% full price is something to consider
-Needed more open world encounters then just a curated list of side objectives
8/10 IGN Buy on sale.

Do you remember when games were games? Fun little weekend spenders where you can get lost in a power fantasy, enjoy it, move on and still feel like you got value? This is those games.
We need more games like this. Tired of the battle passes and the live services wanting either money or time from the player. This respects your time and awards you with a near perfect movie tie in game from a classic.

Pros-
Gameplay makes you FEEL like Robocop, clunky yet powerful
Missions are fun and a sprinkle of side objectives in each segment gives a lil flavor.
Upgrading can be awarding
Hidden upgrades and valueables for the observant cop gives you some slight buffs and are fun to explore and find.
Cons-
Pretty linear, reused the openish world 3 times for some segments
handful of NPC models which gives off that twins vibe sometimes when they pass eachother on the street
Some models are downright ugly
The AI is as braindead as Murphy before becoming Robocop. Will stand and toss nades and shoot you untill you shoot back. Some bosses will just stand there in some spots and you can just tank it all.
Side quests and exp in general was hard to come by and you couldnt max out much skills without going the min max route.
Choices didnt really seem to matter all that much since it does not really effect me much in the end game.

Overall a solid title and worthy of some of your money and time for a great time.

Wonderful indie game that has the spirit of Max Payne with a supernatural Control vibe and music taste.

I mean TBH if you come into this expecting a Nexon MTX hellscape but with a decent game then its just good enough.
Smooth gunplay and frames
Standard F2P grindfest number go higher "brain feel good" type gameplay loop
Story is fragmented and dumps alot at you but you are not here for that.
Cool cutscenes

Ill have to play more but so far a 6-7/10 title
Keep in mind the F2P model and avoid the MTX and you might have some fun for free.
Fans of Warframe and Destiny will feel at home.

If you are going to launch into a EA state then at LEAST at the bare minimum have a game loop that works and is enjoyable to stick with.
Game launched in 700X800 and had a time to fix that. Only match loaded instantly with 3 people in a 2v1 TDM. Hit reg is non exsistent and the netcode is horrid. Match crashed as soon as the map "glitched" to another one and I just gave up searching for another empty lobby. I normally don't review negative but guys, put this back in the oven.
But HEY least the MTX store works like a dream SMH.

Got this little small gem in a bundle. A great time for a afternoon of top down cowboy shooting fun!
Pros:
-Great artistic style with beautiful art drawn stages and locals
-shooting and the reload/manual loading mechanic is a neat feature that is satisfying
-Decent soundtrack
Cons:
-The story was a tad bit hard to follow, that being from the rather distasteful writing and the achievement for skipping dialog made it hard to follow.
-The later stages got harder but the mines in the later half were a nightmare to get through, not skill based it was all luck and I frame luck.
-Ends abruptly
Overall a great bitesized game if you like top down shooters and need that itch scratched.

What a wild ride that sure as hell delivers on what it promised.
With the only blemish is the insane paywall of a Yakuza standard since day one being NG+ being paywalled.
After playing through the entire series and now with this entry they just keep getting bigger and bigger! Well worth the dive into if you are wanting a meaty story and RPG gameplay.

A $10 Dollar Indie title that is certainly worth spending more to gift your friends! I have had more in this simple game then most full priced releases! Its even under a gig in size! *BZZZZZZT* Ooohhh my 2 min break is up today. Back to scrap for this wonderful company!

Its pretty mid overall and disappointing in some areas. Exploration being #1 for me in terms of wanting from a BGS title.
-Why sell me on exploration when 99% of said exploration is the same 3 cryro labs, tech labs, 2 towers and a tent or a single cave. They spent so much time on creating these random planets rather then a set number with maps as big as skyrims on like 6 planets. I feel Outer Worlds did it better in that front.
-Faction quests are still great but the corpo one put me to sleep with fetch quests and endless loading fast travel
-The story is painfully simple and although the lore of this new world is indeed interesting, you land in the world years after conflict and the wars are over. The goal then is too explore which leads back to why the exploration is so mediocre.
-Companions are cookie cutter and not that interesting in the slightest. Sarah was once in a band? Cool I guess?
Overall I feel like Starfield is a bell curve in its truest form. If you can be patient and GET to the good meat (side factions, locations) you get a good experience for good while. But after that, there really is no incentive to build ships or outposts after you find out the end of the story is. I do not get the same urge I felt in other BGS titles to go back for another run, even if its set up in this. Buy it on sale as despite its flaws its still a solid time but for how long you can stomach the world is up to you.
