edit: imagine playing stalker but the big campaign mission were super mario galaxy levels designed by russian sonichu fans. sound retarded? that's because it is. whats going on?

It's clear that the developer(s) did a decent amount of research about what goes into an emergency with the Incident command post, staging areas, and media tents and it was nice to see. It has a lot of charm with fun scenarios and they clearly cared about what they were making.

However, It's also a micromanaging hell. Ordering each single unit without hotkeys in a time sensitive incident is beyond frustrating. You'll struggle to keep up with tracking all the details like;
driving to the scene, unloading the ambulance, picking up a patient, load them into the ambulance, drive to the field hospital, unloading, and dropping them into a bed.
You're doing all of this while managing a dozen other victims, putting out fires, extricating cars, arresting criminals all with the same level of micromanagement. The span of control is way too large. Assigning on operations section chief that can automate the tiny micromanaging features of everything I mentioned would be a realistic and gameplay saving mechanic and allow for you, the IC, to focus strategy rather than the tactics.

A for effort but it's just not a good game as much as I'd like it to be. I hope developer(s) keeps at it as it has a lot of potential for either this game or the next.
