This game is very interesting as it's a complete retelling of the 3rd season of the anime, albeit with more details and a new character that mixes up the recipe that is Alicization. After Chapter 1, it really begins to be twisted and turned when you get told that as Administrator was killed, a mysterious figure wearing what seemed to be Integrity Knight armor was seen fleeing from the Central Cathedral on the back of a Flying Dragon (the Knights' horses, of sorts, that they use to patrol their assigned areas.) That fact leads in to the rest of Chapter 2 and also Chapter 3. I, at this moment, have not completed Chapter 3 and I have nearly 9 hours in the game. Overall, this game is an 8/10. I have yet to finish but after I complete the DLCs, I'll come back and update on what my full experience was/is.

EDIT: Overclocking crashes have been fixed with Season of the Haunted's launch! Same with the RTX card fullscreen crashes!

For the price, it's totally worth it. The content in the campaign alone is well worth the price. I am enjoying the seasonal content as well, even though there's only one Season as of me writing this, with Season 17 coming out in a few hours.

A few gripes I have about the expansion, though, are as follows...
- If you're on Windows 11, you may not be able to play at all, you need to downgrade to Windows 10.
- If you have an RTX card, there's a chance your whole system might crash if running in Windowed Fullscreen or Exclusive Fullscreen modes.
- XMP (Extreme Memory Profile/RAM Overclocking) and GPU overclocking software may cause the game and your system to crash.

That last one has been a thing since launch and Bungie still hasn't fixed the problem. Most of the problems can be fixed client side, but until Bungie releases a patch that allows overclocking again, we OC'ers are out of luck. (Overclocking issue may be fixed in Season 17. If it is, I'll update my review.)

Other than the technical issues, the expansion is really solid. I give it an 11/10. A lot of replayability, fun to be had, and the raid is fun to watch and fun to play.

Castle Crashers is mega POG. Hourless fun, tons to do and unlock. But did you know...?
Whether we wanted it or not, we've stepped in to a war with the Cabal on Mars. So let's get to taking out their command, one by one. Valus Ta'aurc. From what I can gather he commands the Siege Dancers from an Imperial Land Tank outside of Rubicon. He's well protected, but with the right team, we can punch through those defenses, take this beast out, and break their grip on Freehold.

Great game, only wish they'd update to allow the Temple of the Vengeful Monkey.

This game has gotten increasingly better since Season of the Lost started. I think BattlEye's implementation in Destiny 2 means Bungie is starting to listen to the PvP community again. Not only that, but Bungie is reimplementing 2 Destiny 2 Crucible maps after over 600 days without a new or reprised map for the launch of The Witch Queen and Season of the [REDACTED]. I have high hopes that Bungie will continue to listen to this side of the Destiny community that has gone ignored for so long, though I am cautiously optimistic.

EDIT: Crucible is in a really good spot and the storytelling is in a really, really unique and great spot as well. I've even turned in to somewhat of a PvP main. I'm updating this on the Sunday of Week 7 of Season of the Haunted and I can say right now, I have high hopes for next season and beyond.

EDIT 2: BUNGIE!!! WHY?!?! They ruined my hopes for the game. Casted a cringe actor the play an even cringier character. *cough* Nimbus *cough* They didn't even explain wtf we were defending in Lightfall's campaign. And they immediately killed off the most badass character we've had in a while because "Devotion inspires bravery. Bravery inspires sacrifice. Sacrifice leads to death." ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.
