Really, really fun

I hate all the characters so I went on a chaotic rampage with no companions, and finished the game that way.
I tried to play the game normally at first, talking to everyone, doing side stuff, and doing the companion quests but it is a slog. The only thing I found fun was running around with an LMG or flamethrower and cleansing areas of life
Even though the game is technically sound and I love the studio, I can't say I'd recommend it. The writing is rough in my opinion and the gameplay itself is shallow at best. 6/10

Best PvP VR experience

The best roguelike out there hands down. I have nearly 700 hours and just now unlocked an entirely new set of levels, enemies, bosses, characters, and potential endings.
Edit now that multiplayer is out: lag is rough at times but multiplayer is great!

Liked it from s1 to like s6 or around when Fuze came out, tried to go back but it is legitimately the worst multiplayer experience out there currently. It's become unplayable trash which is sad because I like all the skins and everything looks great, it's just that for 5 games in a row I've gotten into fights where I laser them, and despite putting a full hemlok or r301 mag to their ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ skull when they're wearing white armor, I somehow get shot 1 & 1/2 times by a mastiff and fall over. I'm no professional but my aim is alright and my gamesense is fine, especially since every map I played on was one I've seen before despite 7 legends coming out since I last played...(I also have over 120 career wins maining octane, loba & mirage) so I definitely want to like the game, but the balancing they've implemented and core changes they've made have made it actually just the opposite of fun

Grotesque and unpolished, to perfection.

All-time favorite game. I keep finding myself coming back every few months and I'm never let down. I don't even play with mods, its just a genuinely good game down to its base level. Be prepared for crashes/infinite loading screens tho lol

Microsoft killed a successful studio. The reviews for this game are a testament to that and I hope everyone that was laid off as a result find work because they are massively talented.
