Performs to an adequate standard but is not yet achieving excellence in any area. TaCo generally checks work to make sure it has been done properly. Late on more than 3 but fewer than 5 occasions in 6 months. Able to concentrate and stay focused for short periods of up to an hour but tends to drift after this if not presented with a new task. Follows instructions well, but has a tendency to be too literal, and can be lost unless there are firm guidelines. Or sometimes may not take sufficient care to check the instructions before starting.
