Beautiful game with an excellent and moving story. The games continued updates make it something to look forward to to keep coming back to.

The move to Steam was a great thing and I look forward to everything Bungie will be doing with this game moving forward.

(Edit) After lots of thought, I do not recommend this game any longer. I was banned during a raid where I left a trainer for another game (Assassin's Creed: Valhalla) running by accident. As of today it's been 22 days since my ban has taken place and I have applied for an appeal. While I understand that I broke the TOS, I feel very strongly that dedicated players that have no rap sheets should have more success appealing bans. The reason why I am pulling my positive review is because Bungie has ZERO customer support, except for their store page. If something were to ever happen to your account, like a mistake like I made, you will not receive any support getting that account back. I have spent hundreds of dollars on this franchise and this game specifically including store merchandise and been loyal to this company well over the last 10 years; this is how I've been treated upon making one mistake.

You will be ignored by this company on all fronts. The appeal, the forum, twitter, and any other source of social media regarding the game. They have no live customer support, they have no support email or phone number.
