eh, it's alright. It's prophunt, so pick the smallest item and just try hide best as you can. Ghosts are really weak during the "searching" phase. Then super overpowered in the end-game phase. The damage balancing seems all over the place, it doesn't really make much sense.

There's a few annoying little bits about the game, the damage is one of them. Little things like, when using telekinesis as a ghost, if a hunter shoots the object it just stops completely. It should throw it in the desired direction with the power it had when shot or force them attempt to break the prop by shooting it before it gets thrown at them.

It's much more OP to be a hunter than it is a ghost, a lot of my games probably 80% hunters win. It's super easy to locate a ghost area, then if you got someone with the shotgun couple blasts up close and they're basically dead.

If there are a lot of props in the room, a ghost can basically become unkillable even if it has 1 hp. They can "prop spam", hopping in to all the props around the room because you have to break them out and then kill them. So if there's one of you and you don't have the right gun (due to cooldown between shots), you won't kill them alone.

All of the ghost "perks" seem kinda crap, nothing really useful other than seeing them through walls so you can loop them if you're the last alive making it hard to pinpoint you.

I have an i9-10900k + 3080 and my frames kept dropping hard. I had to scale my game back to med with DLSS on performance to play around 100-120 so definitely some optimisation issues.

But generally, it's pretty fun. I love the mechanics and a few tweaks would make it perfect. I am recommending this game because even though I disliked some of it, I liked the rest of it a lot. The idea is pretty good, a nice twist on general prophunt games. If you got some friends, definitely pick it up but you can also definitely have some fun solo. The community so far seems pretty fun, voip inbetween rounds is a nice to see too!

7/10 overall for me, some tweaks to be made but pretty fun overall.

First playthrough was fun, controls are a bit naff, fixed camera angle is also naff. However the story was enjoyable and I had a lot of fun. Would recommend.

Was bugged, couldn't get past the start of the game. Reinstalled it, no luck. Tried multiple times. Same bug, the dog is stuck in a motion where you have to whistle for it, but it just stands there even after whistling multiple times. Shame.

Forewarned? More like Snorewarned.

Nothing really happens, VR is janky as crap, PC was okay. A black cloud isn't scary, really. The ambience is pretty good though. Could be good, needs more work.

This is a brilliant game. It's a strike down the middle between Phasmophobia and Ghost Hunters Corps. It's mechanics are really really amazing. This is a refreshing pace of the haunting genre. My only downside is that it doesn't support VR and that's really it.

Understanding how to exorcise a ghost isn't immediately obvious, but I'm sure this'll be addressed. They have a great community in the discord with everyone willing to help out.

Buy it, you won't regret it.

Easily one of the best VR games I've played. It's not just CSGO in VR like I originally thought. There's a much bigger community at play here. To me, It's more like Garry's Mod in VR. There's just so much developed by the community from SCP to CoD Zombies. From WW2 all out war, to infection gamemodes. There's even Trouble in Terrorist Town.

If you buy this game and refund it, add me so I can call you stupid.

This game has the potential to be good but right now it just isn't. At all. It's a cruddy Phasmophobia clone with some different techniques. It has awful sound positioning, for example if a door opens on the map you'll hear it at the same volume regardless of where you are. Unable to pinpoint the direction it came from. Random loud sounds for absolutely no reason to give a bit of a fright sometimes okay?

The ghost mechanics are actually awful. I get the idea of this game is to exorcise and hunt the ghost, but you can't even progress in to the maps. You walk in to the front door, ghost showed up and started hunting almost 80% of the time. Once you exorcise the ghost, the "cursed" items can no longer be found. Certain ghosts can be repelled by certain items, but one of the items has to be placed on the floor and upright. If you do not have these items, you are dead and there's just no question.

So what is there to do seeing as you can't explore without dying, you exorcise the ghost at the front door. Then you leave. Great, not even remotely making you feel scared. Nothing to keep you on edge once you understand the mechanics.

The item system is the worst thing I've ever encountered. You can't buy items until you level up, but you can't complete the objectives to level up without the items. You get a piddly amount of money, so you can't really buy much anyway.

This game has the potential to be decent, but right now it's just a cruddy phasmo clone with 10x worse mechanics. I would not recommend this game in this current state, I would recommend you wait.

I love this game. This is exactly the type of game I've been wanting to play since owning my index. I was very hesitant about buying this game due to early access and I just kinda forgot about it. It dropped out of early access, I picked it up almost immediately. I regret not picking it up sooner. This is an ABSOLUTE MUST for VR enthusiasts. The story (so far) is great, I'm having an absolute blast with my friends. We've spent most of our time in survival though.

I was able to hop on the discord, chat to a few people to find out what to do, tips tricks and what not.

I 100% recommend this game if you enjoy shooters. It's fun and sometimes terrifying when a zombie is sprinting at you like Usain Bolt.

Is it perfect? No, it's not. The melee system isn't amazing, but it can depend on what melee weapon you're using. It has few quirks which I can easily forgive because of how immersive this game is. The graphics are alright, but the gameplay is amazing. Shooting your way through hordes of zombies is excellent fun.

If you're thinking about picking this up, you've read through plenty of reviews in the words of Shia LaBeouf, just do it. You won't regret it.
