This game is a bit on the old side, but also one of a kind that gives me the need to properly grind skill. I honestly would advice you to get this game if you want to grind skill for months on end. I've reached 6100 hours so far on this and I'm on "Wilderness of RIn - 0.2x skill by 1.5x action - Custom Map - Hardcore start" (first server I was on had to shutdown cause the host got into other games which was a bit sad for me) were I will continue to see if I can get all my skill to the cap.

There are x1 - x10 sort of servers, but I honestly prefer the sandard x1, cause then you really need to work to your skill up to max cap. Although if you don't have too much time to play I would suggest x2 and up servers for you. There are a few Role Play servers.

Just a added note here considering mods that could possibly on a server. Some servers have mods so if something is not on another server don't freak out about it, it's probably just because the server has only certain mods. It is also unreasonable to ask for certain mods sometimes since some of those mods are done by peeps that only do it for that server. So please don't get mad if another server does not have a certain mod you are used to. Some of them are public based and available to all, but there could be modder's that only provide to one server.

The game itself is on the old side of games, some might not always like how graphics are and the movement controls is also something new to get used to, but well after almost 2000 hours you get used to it rather fast.

My suggestion is if you want to play and make it easier on yourself - you might find it a bit hard to play. On the start you do get bombarded with a lot of info on popup tutorial things it might seem like too much at the start, but only by holding out and doing those will you get a good understanding of how things work. Then go to a server try and connect with someone by saying you want to join there deed and you are new. Or better yet drag a friend with you that also won't mind a game were to grind out skill.

The fighting is sort of not the normal RPG type of fight still, and more like click-stand-still-combat system for me this has its own charm to it, besides I care much more about the skill grind this game provides me ;D

Well that's it from me, my suggestion is get it if you would like to have game were you need grind skill, one of a kind and I can only hope to see you on the server I play on (^_^)
