After sinking a s**t ton of time into this game over the last week or two I can surely say this game is REALLY good.
Me and my friends a group of 4-5 have played through the game on a dedicated server and we just finished the game. I figured it was best to write a review after the game was "finished" promise no spoilers.
I haven't played a game like this in a long time.. I've sunk tons of time into minecraft, terraria, some starbound, all these other "survival" crafting games; This one is hands down my favorite so far.
To think that the dev team for this game is a team of 5 is insane!
I would recommend this game any day to anyone who hasn't played it yet. Seriously do yourself a favour and buy this.
Something about the way this game plays is not like the others, there is a sense of accomplishment that's always present in survival games when you achieve something, but the way its done in Valheim is unmatched.
I completely rebuilt my entire house the other day just because I enjoy the building system so much.
The last week or two I've got off work and jumped right into the world just to work on the next thing...
Theres so many things to touch on that I can't even think of right now but the sailing, the building, the combat, the sense of accomplishment, the co-operative play, everything is so fun.

I cannot wait for updates to this game and I will continue to play it even though I've already "finished" the game.

I don't think I've ever reviewed a game before and I absolutely needed to for this game.

As mentioned in every Review this game has a lack of content because its "EARLY ACCESS" the whole purpose of this release is to allow you to try the game out, find out if theres bugs or glitches and help the devs work on these problems.

I waited up last night to try and purchase this and the second it was available I bought it and i've played a few hours with it.

Even just passing the controller back and fourth with my roommate and having a game of skate was pretty fun! I'd love to see where this project goes and the devs need support in order to continue development so give it a try!
