You need mods in order to run the game. (Makes you realize how much Bethesda care about their IPs)
You will then notice that mods not only are less buggy and much more optimized than the game itself, but also have better writting and cleaner looks.
Go check Viva New Vegas and I recommand you to add Willow A Better Companion Experience to your mod list. She react to quest lines and even random events far better than any other companion in the entire game. And you don't even need a body replacer to make her interesting ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Good story, nice gameplay, a shame there won't be no more...

At the time, I loved this game. I spent over a thousand hours playing it.
It's painful to see what has become of it.
I feel sorry for all the developers who did their best to create this game.
Shame on you Blizzard.
Shame on you Activision.
I hope you get what you deserve.
