I'm still pretty new to gaming on PC. I have an Intel i7 6700 2.60GHZ GTX 970m 12gb RAM. When I first started the game my default settings were optimized for LOW quality. Even with the low quality I was getting 9-14FPS... This did not seem right at all...

MAKE SURE THE GAME IS RUNNING OFF THE RIGHT GRAPHICS CARD!!!!!

Now I am getting 57-61FPS on Ultra Settings. I couldn't be happier!

I'm really disappointed with the frame rate dropping... Default was set to 30fps and I switched it to 60fps... Nothing but frame rate drops. I can barely do anything. Also all graphics are set to Medium.
GTX 970m 12gb Ram. 1TB HDD. I should not be having this issue...
