Why are you not playing this game?

VR chat but better. Devs who care with a visible roadmap. Regular updates. Consistent, cozy player counts. Regular events. I can have a condo that I can decorate with items other people have made or make my own. I can put in arcade cabinets running real, emulated games complete with cabinet side art. I can play minigolf and then run around shooting zombies as ryan gosling from drive and then go watch a movie in the theater with sonic and some blob thing that produces nightmares.

Do not let player counts fool you. This game is worth EVERY penny. Hell - buy it for the minigolf alone if you'd like, because even the minigolf is better than golf with your friends imo - and here you actually get money from playing it which you can use to buy cool arcade cabinets and posters for your house - which other people can then come over and hang out in and see all your wonky inventions.

Why is this good? This absolutely should not be good. At first glance everything about this makes one instinctively reach for the skip button, but don't!

This has no right to be as good as it is, but I'm here for it. It's Disney Animal Crossing and its art style absolutely belies not only how much original content is here, but also how generally fair and plentiful it is. This actually isn't some shovelware, p2w, mobile title ported to PC - this is a full-fledged game with interesting and somewhat original mechanics with regular content updates.

If you like (or god forbid love) Disney IP's and you just want a chill game that's actually worth it, this game is what you're looking for. If you just want animal crossing but you don't mind the Disney aesthetic, this game might be worth looking into as well. Legitimately.

Again - this shouldn't be good. It has absolutely no right to be good. Every single thing that should theoretically make a bad game is present here, and yet for some incredible reason its one of the better games I've played in the past decade and absolutely one of the best entries in the genre in my opinion.

You know, I would love to try and play the game but I'm required to enter my phone number to verify an account before I can even create one and it won't send the code. I've tried for 30 minutes now and the code won't send.

so I'm not allowed to play it seems. Rating one star because I've downloaded a 30GB paperweight. I'll revise my review if the dev can bother to fix their obtuse and overly ridiculous verification system so I can even give the game a chance.

It's 4v4 prophunt. It's super fun if you like prophunt and games like it. Atmosphere is wonderful and reminds me of old school ghostbusters. There's some retrowave aesthetics here and there and overall it carries with it a very lighthearted and playful vibe. I've seen some people complain that there needs to be less fire spam or that damage is too much. It's WAAAAY less spam that TF2's "pyro-spam" style prophunt from back in the day, and that was still fun so I consider it not a problem. Perhaps for newer players to the genre it might be more annoying. Additionally there's a whole ton of perk counters to a bunch of hunters with detection gadgets - so it's worth taking your time to look through and consider your options. Damage isn't a problem either as at midnight the tables flip and the ghosts hunt the hunters - during that time the damage tables also flip which seems to be causing some confusion. You should have a kit for pre-midnight and a kit for post midnight and swap them!

It's very, very fun but only if you actually look at the perks and weapons and use them. If you just roll with default the whole time and never use your skills and never try to work with your team (voice or not) then you're not likely to have very much fun and may walk away from the game with a negative impression.

Fantastic game. Good bundle of humor mixed with horror and a beautiful and completely twisted story. In terms of the amount of lore potential it provides, it's right up there. It's been compared to Undertale, and that comparison is deserved - however it is its own masterpiece. 10/10. If you like to have your games present you with something that actually makes you feel - get this game. It's absolutely been one of the best I've played the past decade.

The best arcade game of arcade games out there... plus a pet goose and a golf cart and a dedicated developer who works endlessly and is immensely talented. Endlessly entertaining. Can't recommend highly enough.
