Potrzebne składniki:
mąka pszenna (500 g)
miękkie masło lub margaryna (120 g)
cukier puder (200 g)
płynny miód (200 g)
jajko (1 sztuka)
soda oczyszczona (1 łyżeczka)
przyprawa do pierników (2 łyżki)
białko jajka (1 sztuka)
cukier puder (200 g)

Sposób przygotowania:
Wymieszaj na stolnicy mąkę z sodą oczyszczoną, przyprawą do pierników i cukrem pudrem, dodaj tłuszcz i posiekaj całość ostrym nożem. Zrób dołek i wlej do niego miód oraz jajko. Wyrób ciasto.
Gotowe ciasto rozwałkuj na podsypanej mąką stolnicy na grubość ok. 3 mm.
Wykrawaj foremkami dowolne kształty i układaj pierniczki na blasze, wyłożonej papierem do pieczenia.
Nagrzej piekarnik do 180 st. C i piecz pierniki przez ok. 10 minut.
