Sad, really.

18 hours in and I've only scratched the surface on this game. 2 runs have been done and I've barely started a third. The amount of content available is... almost absurd really. I showed a friend the fact that I'd sunk 16 hours into the game and only gotten 2 ending images out of what's got to be 30+ and he said it seemed intimidating.

And it is a little, but I'm still enjoying it. Solid stat raiser. A more indepth Long Live the Queen or probably more accurately a more polished Cute Knight. I played the hell out of both Cute Knight and Cute Knight Deluxe so my enjoyment of this game isn't really a surprise all things considered.

Going to admit, saw this game during the summer sale and thought it looked cool, but was hesitant to spend fourteen pounds. So went and pirated a copy instead. Played for about 6 or 7 hours straight on accident. So came back and bought an actual copy. I've now played for almost 40 hours at time of writing this over the span of about 4 days. (I've had some oral surgery done and have been under the weather so just been curled up on my laptop all day)

I foresee a lot more hours of this in my future. Could not recommend strongly enough. Can't wait to try the multiplayer sometime! Maybe I'll join the discord server....

If you can't handle the idea of dying a lot then this game probably isn't for you. Personally I think that's part of the game's charm. Finding new ways to die makes "winning" all the more attractive when you finally manage to dodge every death threat that comes Elodie's way.

If you like this game I would suggest looking into other games put out by Hanako, because in my experience most of them have been fantastic.
