it's garry's mod. really, what more can i say? it's a staple, like rice or corn or potatoes or taro, a necessity to build a more fleshed-out game library.

I downloaded this for the free weekend thingy. I thought "huh, this looks like a nice walk-around-in-the-woods simulator, i hope i'm not completely obligated to shoot at stuff !"
I played it and I walked around in the woods a bit and it wasn't all that great for walking around, so I uninstalled it

Online is completely broken by modders and cheaters. In-game stores (for vehicles, clothing, weapons, etc.) highly inflated prices due to modders breaking the game's economy.
To actually have fun, you either have to grind money for hundreds of hours or be given all that money in the span of fifteen minutes by a modder.
Still fun to play, somehow, even with all the game-breaking cheatery.
It's a total cluster♥♥♥♥, an absolute dumpster fire, but it's a fun dumpster fire.
