Harold, Harold, Harold... Oh, Harold..

I was looking for something relaxing to unwind to before bed and this was great for that.

I've never really played a game like Harold Halibut. In fact, not sure I'd even call it a game. Its an experience, really.
It reminded me of the movie "Waking Life".
Harold Halibut is like a super long, interactive movie about Harold, the space ship's handyman. You watch as Harold's boring life and routine is completely flipped upside down. Leaving our lovable handyman to contemplate and discuss the true meaning of home, friendship, and ones purpose in life. It's a real thinker and yet sweet and wholesome.

The work that was put into this is really amazing. From the stop motion to the music.. its all quite mesmerizing.

10/10 Heartwarming AF

I beat the game for the first time three days ago and I'm STILL thinking about it.
Is this what it means to have your mind blown?

I only clicked on the store page cause I thought the anime cutscenes looked cool and I was curious. When I realized it was a horror game, I almost immediately back tracked cause I'm too chicken for scary games xD
But it has that classic retro look about it so figured I could manage and decided to take a chance.
SOOO glad I did.

It's not tagged as a psychological thriller but it is and I loved it. Not my usual game but I want more like this.
