Nietzsche states:

"If I make up the definition of a mammal, and then, after inspecting a camel, declare "look, a mammal," I have indeed brought a truth to light in this way, but it is a truth of limited value. That is to say, it is a thoroughly anthropomorphic truth which contains not a single point which would be "true in itself" or really and universally valid apart from man."

According to this, there is no objectivity. It seems that, in this model, "truths in themselves" are simply metaphors that have been anthropomorphically crystallized into seemingly objective truths.

This absolutely seems to be the wrong approach... for to say that "truth" (as it is understood here) is only an anthropomorphic construct of unitary actualization, is to utterly dismiss and ignore the concept of "truth" in its relation to our direct existence and interaction with the world. Indeed we must examine another approach if we are to show that truth resides not in association, but rather in a deeper interaction with our surrounding world.
