Shadow of Mordor is one of the best Lord of the Rings games I have ever played.

There are many positive aspects to the game which can keep you interested in the game and bring to back to it again and again. The main one being the nemesis system which is well made and can provide hours of fun or anguish. During the playthrough of the game I found myself becoming frustrated when my character would get killed, however I found as I played the game more and more I found this to be less frustrating and instead a way of challege to become better.

The combat mechanics is another area at which the game excels, the combat is smooth and flowing much like the one in the Batman Arkham series (from which I'm assuming the combat has been taken from). The three different weapons certainly give you the ability to play with a certain style. I found myself using my sword the most, as I did not enjoy as much to sneak around and kill orcs that way.

The stealth and climbing mechanics seem rather similar to the ones present in the Assassin's Creed games however they work well within the game.

There are some aspects which were disappointing. For the most part the storyline was good, however the later boss fights seemed a little to easy and seemed not to have any sort of challenge to it. Also the amount of content in the storyline seemed somewhat short for just a single player game. As the game progresses the missions start to become repetitive.

The best cricket game since EA Cricket 07. The graphics are good and the game mechanics are wonderful. Really enjoying it. Whilst there are plenty of great aspects to the game, mainly the bowling and batting mechanics the fielding is not as great as sometimes the fielders become super fast and sometimes super slow which considerbly reduces the realism in the game and can make you frustrated.
