Always contributes vigorously to the efforts of the team, whether as a leader or a team member. Understands own weaknesses ond others’ strengths and goes to the right people for help. Sympathetically helps others to address their weaknesses. Sometimes Veritas needs to be reminded to negotiate, but then does so reasonably well, and sometimes manages to get others to change their position and get a good deal. Veritas can copy reasonably accurately, but they does not produce their own ideas. Veritas always gets on with the job after being given clear parameters. Generally able to come up with they own ideas when help is not available, but may be still lacking the self-confidence to trust own judgment.
