Every time I scroll past this game in my Library, I shake my head in disappointment of what could have been an actual Battlefield and CoD killer.

The only thing it killed was itself.

The main issues with the game are as listed:

Trials: Remove the honor system and they'll be fine. Let us purchase the means to enter the trials.
One-shot/After-Death mechanics of enemies: Either nerf the damage or get rid of it entirely.
XP Loss on death: Why? Just get rid of it. We die so many times to unseen/offscreen stuff that it gets frustrating grinding back up.

Performance and bugs are abysmal. Wait until they properly fix it.

I loved this game. It took me roughly 12 hours to get all the achievements, for those wondering about completion.

Going into a catastrophic mess that looks untenable, only for you to put those gloves on and make it look like nothing has happened is such a satisfying feeling. I really hope that there is future content for this game, as I couldn't put it down until every level was spotless.

I waited 17 years for this.

This game is a vibe.

The best samurai game out there, period. Story is a solid 10/10. No performance issues to note on my end, but some state otherwise so your performance may vary. Graphics are some of the best out there on current gen platforms.

Legends mode (multiplayer/co-op), on the other hand, is a grindfest. It's fun, sure, but just be prepared to spend a lot of time re-rolling your gear, only to get frustrated that you didn't land the roll that you wanted. Best to download a save file online to save hundreds of hours on that front.

If you want to experience the entirety of Infinite Wealth then you unfortunately have to buy this bundle.

Locking NG+ behind a paywall when it has been a FREE FEATURE for the better part of nearly 2 decades with the Yakuza franchise is a disgusting move.

Do not blame the devs. This is absolutely the Sega execs. Downvote this bundle to show your disdain for this corporate cash grab.
