-Game forced me to "look for other players" when trying to load the single player, forcibly minimize to make me unblock in firewall

-default Keyboard controls don't make sense. A and D are not bound to turning left and right, Backspace to go to the pause menu REALLY??

-Unskippable cutscenes. I don't want to see cringe live action scenes in a racing game.

I uninstalled after 5 minutes.

Early Access Review
So far this is Very promising.

You remember how back in the early 2000's companies would release a gameboy version of a main console game?
This basically feels like a gameboy advanced version of Fallout 1. almost.

The art is beautiful given its obvious pixel style. its sound design is great. The over world Travel with random encounters just feels nice. Simplified Stats system works very well compared too how many dump stats there were in fallout 1&2.

soo far I'm loving what they've put together. I really Hope they finish the story line they have going.

GOOD GAME
BUT DOESN'T WORK ON Any Ryzen CPU with more than 8 cores (i've tried it on 3950x 5900x and a 7950x3d)
You have to go into Ryzen master control software and enable "legacy mode" to disable some of your CPU cores in order to get the game to run.
Kind of annoying if your doing something with those cores like Streaming.

Rockstar/take2 inc removed the original version of GTA san andreas on PC to force sales of the awful trilogy version on their launcher app

However, this version still works perfectly today. if you can get your self on some steam keys for this version i'd HIGHLY recommend this version of the game.

absolutely love this game, don't let that "hours played" number fool you, i've played this game hundreds of times. originally getting a copy of a friend via usb stick then eventually buying one of those discount "multi-packs" that included fallout 1,2,tactics. I've installed it on every PC i've had.

It has a learning curve, it has rough spots it has bugs, but despite these issues. it still has real feeling, the world feels like it should 90 or so years after a nuclear apocalypse, it has humour it has real depth.

if you are fan of post apoc media or a "fallout fan" and you haven't played this master piece you owe it to your self to play this.

Tyranny takes the morally grey factional questlines that made new vegas great, and greatly expands on them, in a isometric top-down RPG.
the battles and moment to moment gameplay are decent but it wasn't the draw for me.
the Story and world building has a lot of depth, it was the main draw for me, i enjoyed learning about the northern empire and the tiers.
the questlines have MANY different endings depending on your choices and the gameworld reacts to your choices in a powerful and interesting ways, and due to the lower costs of designing isometric gameworlds, the game is more reactive to your choices, than most 3d RPGs.

well worth it if you like world building and story with reactive morally grey quest-lines.
