As of now, January 2025, it crashes way too often (often requiring a PC restart) to recommend this.

They really pulled it off. They made a good game great, and then doubled down with the expansion.

I got this for free from Egosoft and I'd like to return it...

What even is this...?

Just can't get myself to play for more than a couple of minutes. It's overwhelming looking, but really very simplistic. And not at all immersive. It's just a "raise that number" game, really. Boring.

Do not buy this game. It was basically abandoned from the get go by a scam developer.

Nobody is playing and nothing is done and they already started on their next Early Access scam...

This is their third game in a row abandoned...

Get it for cheap and you'll have fun. Make sure to set FPS to 60 in your Nvidia/amd control center!

I didn't buy or play or have CS2 installed...

I don't care about CS.

But I leave a negative review to shed light at Valve's dishonesty and hypocrisy.

Let the game live or die on its own merits.

It's a buggy, broken, rng infested mess of a game. The only thing 40K, are the appearances. Nothing in this game screams "I'm a freaking Grey Knight who slaughters demons". It's "oh no, cultist with crap shooters, I BETTER HIDE". Stupid cover mechanic xcom cheap clone. Screw this.

Greedy devs deserve what they get. Hope they go out of business.
