I typically do not post reviews, but this is a game of the century and Larian more than deserves it.

A few years before this game was even announced I played Divinity Original Sin 2 and was enamored with Larian Studio's game design. When Baldur's Gate 3 was announced, I bought the Early Access as soon as possible and played it through for each update. When the Collector's Editions were announced, I did not flinch at the $260 price tag because faith falls short of describing how confident I was in these developers. Needless to say, I am the farthest concept possible from disappointed.

In every single department I can think of this game excels. Sound design, level design, combat encounters, characters and writing, cinematic cutscenes and everything between are exceptional.
In an era of mediocre AAA development this game, developed by a studio that was more befitting the title of AA devs because of their small size, stands head and shoulders above their competitors in terms of content, quality and listening to their community.

If you are a fan of; Role Playing Games, fantasy settings, Dungeons & Dragons, and/or incredible storytelling with characters you can absolutely become attached to then I cannot stress enough for the maybe 5 people who have not heard of or played this game, PLAY THIS GAME.
