Went in with very low expectations but I'm absolutely blown away so far. The castle alone is magnificent, I'm short of words to properly describe how magical the place is. Spent hours upon hours exploring the castle and I'm still finding new rooms, lore and secrets. And then there's the outside world.. Just Hogsmeade alone is again full of sights to see, secrets to find,..

Still very disappointed you can't play Quidditch in this game. Hoping it could be a DLC at some point.

Gameplay wise the game also feels great. Combat is fun and you certainly shouldn't ignore the utility of potions and plants in battle. Flying and landing is very smooth although speed wise it does feel a bit slow sometimes.

Yes, the game does have a few bugs but haven't encountered any game breaking bugs yet.

You can customize almost everything with a huge selection of props, decorations and special effects. Though they still add new rides and stuff to the main game I'm a bit dissapointed that a lot of the nice additions are sold via DLC.

Didn't start out great but the developpers keep adding free updates. And they listen to community input. It's becoming better and better and I expect lots more.
The Beyond update made this game prettier than ever, with lots more variation and more unique planets and lifeforms.

With Journeys End Terraria received its final update. 9 years of free updates!
No gameplay DLC, no microtransactions!
My only regret is not paying full price because Re-Logic absolutely deserves it.

Just 2hrs of play time so far but already had tons of fun!
Haven't really found any cons yet, except the inability to find and join public servers. Supposedly it does work though, depending on the time you join. I expect this, and any other flaws, to be fixed though as this game is still in early access and a WIP with the DEV listening to the community a lot.
At the moment this game is definetely worth to buy if you have a group of friends to play with (very easy to set up a server) and it is not even 100% finished yet. Just buy it while it's still in early access at a lower price, you'll most likely not regret it.
