Let me start off by saying I very much enjoyed playing through this game although I may not have experienced all of the side quests and challenges. I do believe that after playing the first Tomb Raider, they did quite a good job on improving alot of things in the second installment of this game (not to say that the first game was bad or anything, because I loved that game too). I really much enjoyed the addition of sidequests but I feel like they could have expanded on this to make it more necessary to a certain extent. Through the whole story line of the game, I did not need to go exploring for any additional weapon parts or upgrades, or complete any sidequests to help me reach the end of the game. I was able to essentially breeze right through the story, aside from a couple bumps in the road, without feeling like I absolutely have to get an upgrade seeing as they came naturally anyways. Aside from those point, I did love the stunning graphics, easy to use controls, puzzle solving, and the sense of adventure and adrenaline that you receive at certain parts of the game. I would definitely reccommend this game to the average/casual gamer.
