Very rarely have I come across a game I'd invest this much time into so quickly. Bloons TD 6 manages to expand on many features that made Bloons TD 5 a great game adding countless new features including heoes, 5th tier monkeys, game modes, and bloon types that make the game a completely new experience from what was seen before.

I highly recommend this game to anyone who enjoys tower defense games, but I warn you that it is highly addicting.

Fantastic Danmaku Festival is a fanwork for the series known as Touhou project. Specifically, it is based off of Touhou 7: Perfect Cherry Blossom To anyone who hasn't played the official Touhou games, I recommend playing those before trying this game out. I'd also recommend playing this game's predecessor, known as Touhou Makuka Sai: Fantastic Danmaku Festival, but you'll be fine if you don't.

I've been highly anticipating this game for a while, and it's really nice to see that it's out. Fantastic Danmaku Festival (FDF) is easily one of my favorite, if not my favorite fanmade Touhou shoot-em-up games, both parts one and two. I haven't played many fanworks, but I'd be interested if there's any other good ones around.

If you're wondering what this game is like, I'm not the best at describing what makes this game good, but I will give a simple run-down on what I enjoy about this game and who I can recommend it to.

The overall gameplay is of what you'd expect from a shoot-em-up game with patterns similar to that of the official Touhou games, but I personally enjoy dodging the patterns in FDF more. I'd recommend this game over most other shoot-em-ups as this game has some of my favorite patterns to dodge and doesn't deteriorate in enjoyment when playing on a different difficulty. Certain difficulties are more fitting for certain people, so I recommend experimenting around to find one that you're comfortable with.

The design in this game is great. The graphics work well for a bullet hell game like this, and the art especially stands out over most anime-style bullet hell games. Each character is very well-illustrated and nice to look at, and the sprites that appear when a boss deploys a spell card are slightly animated in a smooth way. I find that the art has improved from the first FGF game, and the colors match well together. The graphic design and UI are also nice, so you shouldn't worry about being put off by a bad UI.

The music applies to a simple rule in Touhou: All Touhou games must have good music. FDF is no exception to that rule, and I believe this game has a soundtrack even better than the music in the official games. I can also say that this game has a better OST than the first FDF game. Expect FDF Part II's soundtrack to be similar to the soundtrack of Touhou 7 but better.

Overall, I can recommend this to anyone who likes bullet hell style shoot-em-up games. For the price it's at, it's a good deal at $12.99. I recommend playing the first FDF game before this one.

So I looked down and realized a little rock had gotten caught beneath my chair! A rock under my rocking chair! What a day! I decided it was time for bed, I had had a little bit too much excitement for one day! Hoho! I slid into my jammies, brushed my teeth, and said my prayers. As I was climbing into bed I noticed my wife, God rest her soul, brushing her hair in the bathroom. As I peered across the hall my body swelled up with emotion...

Give me a break... As if I don't already feel inadequate enough... Not only do I have to compete with Tom, now I have to deal with these fictional hunks! Ay yai yai! At this point I had already suppressed the urges of intimacy, I rolled over and tried to sleep. Her bedside light was only of minor annoyance. I was able to drift off... Then I woke up to a big flash of light. That's about it. I can tell by the way you're walking away that you don't want to leave... If you really want to hear another story I'll tell you. Once upon a hot summer night. Sometime in July... Was it July? My local grocery store sells really good eggs in July. I don't know why. Do chickens operate better in heat? Fireworks maybe? I don't know. I don't want to get off topic. Point is, the eggs that Summer were marvelous! Anyway, my wife and I, God rest her soul, went to a BBQ that night. It was held at Dale Spooner's house. Well, his backyard... Conny Spooner doesn't want people in her home, I think she's just an uptight ♥♥♥♥♥. So at this BBQ I see none other than... That's right, Tom Forknight... Now earlier in the day wife, God rest her soul, had made potato salad for the BBQ. Personally I hate potato salad, I'm a mashed kind of fellow. Hoho! So I sat in the TV room avoiding her till the BBQ. Once we were at the party, I made sure to distance myself from my dumb potato ♥♥♥♥♥ wife. God rest her soul, I just didn't want anyone to think I would associate with someone that would bring a potato salad! Anyway, Tom and his above mediocre wife were already there. And get this, they brought a fruit salad! With whipped cream! The nerve of those Forknights! Needless to say I gave my wife, God rest her soul, a couple choice words About whipped cream! Versus potato salad! ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥! ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥! A real tongue lashing! Geez, you're kind of smothering me. I'll talk to you later.

Fantastic Danmaku Festival is overall a great game that I can recommend to anyone who enjoyed the official Touhou games. This game feels like an official Touhou game, but it has some better graphic design, and I found the bullet patterns to be generally more fun to (try to) dodge.

The OST is pretty relaxing, and it helps make the game more engaging. I like how the game allows me to take it easy concentrate better with its use of color schemes and a healthy dose of good music. I bought the game at full price, and I feel like I got my money's worth.

What's more is that the game offers trading cards and some great backgrounds and emotes for your profile.

In the Summer of 2017, this game was just what I needed. It might not have been a breakthrough in the JRPG industry, and it might've had its flaws, but this game was able to align with that of what I was in search of. This game isn't for everyone, especially not the average, casual gamer, but it's worth checking out. For those who enjoy SRPGs and even JRPGs, I highly recommend this.
Disgaea 2 is a tactical role-playing game in which the player is given stages to clear. They will complete each stage to unlock the next. While it’s pretty straightforward, the game requires quite a lot of grinding at some points. In the first campaign, only a bit of grinding is really necessary to clear it, but in the post game, you’ll need to dedicate hours upon hours to get anywhere. However, you shouldn’t worry about that since the main story provides you with plenty of content, so can consider your money well-spent.
Disgaea is a series of games with a range of stories, great characters, running gags, and loads of Prinnies, dood! Disgaea is a game that tends to use video game and anime tropes to its advantage to craft a gratifying narrative brought along with the game itself. Each story is distinctive in their own ways, but I personally enjoyed Disgaea 2’s story more than the others (besides Disgaea 4). Disgaea 2 had some great characters who do a great job at enforcing the storyline of the game not only as a JRPG but also as an installment in the Disgaea series as a whole. While Disgaea is definitely not a story-rich or story-driven game, it provides a story that works well with the game itself.
The gameplay of Disgaea 2 is quite similar to Disgaea 1, but it still manages to bring new things to the table. Overall, the gameplay is mostly centered around turn-based combat where enemies are scattered on a map, and your goal is (usually) to defeat them. While this may seem like just another SRPG game at first glance, there’s many distinctive features in this game and other installments from the series that allow it to stick out for the better. Some of these aspects include geo symbols, stacking and throwing, the Dark Assembly, the Item World, the Dark World, and a “felony” system. These features add a lot to the game, and they shouldn’t be taken for granted for what they’re able to provide. Overall, the gameplay is pretty addicting, and the game provides tons of it.

I might have been somewhat vague in some points in my review, but it’ll make more sense when you play the game yourself. If you’re wondering whether you should buy this game at full price or when it’s on sale, I’d say that it becomes a great steal during sales, but it’s still worth it at full price.

I find it hard to believe that Candy Crush is way more popular than this game, which has always been several times better.

While Candy Crush is free, it has irritatingly overpriced microtransactions that it really doesn't feel like a "free" game.
Bejewled, on the other hand offers all of its content for a very good price.

Kids these days won't know what real video games are. This is the greatest video game I've ever played, and I've played almost every video game that exists.

Pros:

• Amazing graphics; my cousin walked in while I was playing this, and he had a seizure because he couldn't handle how amazing the graphics were.
  
• Extremely fun and rewarding.
  
• Only 4 dollars. I'd pay $100 for one race if I had to.
  
• Amazing storyline. Very well-planned plot, and a very sad ending.

Personally, I would say that Zuma's Revenge is one of PopCap's best games ever made (Not very far behind Plants vs. Zombies). Zuma's Revenge is a very intriguing puzzle game that anyone can enjoy regardless of age or interests. This game is a puzzle game about blowing bubbles and matching 3 or more colors. Your goal is to fill a gauge located in the top of the screen while the balls roll closer into a skull's mouth. If the balls reach the skull, you've failed. Getting point bonuses helps fill the gauge faster. Once you fill the gauge, new balls stop rolling in, and you'll most likely finish the stage shortly after. Because there is so much to cover in this game, I'll review the game modes individually.


Zuma's Revenge offers a great adventure mode. The game starts out straightforward and simple, but it continues to get harder as you progress. The difficulty curve this game offers is done very well. As the game gets harder, the generated balls go from 4 colors to 5 up to 6 individual ball colors. Making matches becomes harder as you progress in the game. The bosses you fight along your adventure are really enjoyable.


Challenge mode will add plenty of hours of enjoyment to your experience. Instead of filling a gauge in challenge mode, your goal is to score a certain amount of points in a limited amount of time. Multiplier powerups show up while you play, so aim to acquire those to increase your score. Taking on these challenges is not only challenging but really fun to play.


These two challenges are both unlocked after completing adventure mode. Heroic Frog is a more difficult replay of adventure mode, and it will occupy you for plenty of time.
Iron Frog Gauntlet consists of 10 stages, each requiring a lot of skill and patience to beat. Play at your own risk!
