Good overall in singleplayer but has no support for multiplayer. Multiplayer servers consistanly desync if you can even connect to the lobby or the save file corrupts on turn 5

Alrighty lets start of with the obvious. Should you buy the game at its current state? No. Is the game properly priced? Hell the ♥♥♥♥ no. Is the game good? No.

The campaign? I mean its there i guess. The campaign starts you off with chasing some bandits that kidnapped your younger siblings, you chase the bandits down and capture their leader. Whilst doing this you find a fragmented piece of a banner. Your brother sends you off to get money for your siblings ransom, then you block his phone number and never talk to him again. Now you need to find out about the "Battle Of Pendraic" by chasing 10 nobles across the map. You also need to raise your clan level to either tier 3 or 2. After speaking to the nobles you must contact Istiana and Arzagos. once contacting them you lie to them about either wanting to destroy or revive the empire, after doing this they tell you where another peiece of the banner is. Once assembling the banner you have 2 options create your own imperial or non imperial faction or support a faction by presenting them the banner. If your create your own kingdom youre now a kind, if you support a kingdom by giving them the banner nothing happens. After this you must stop either a imperial or anti-imperial conspiracy to take you down. To stop the conspiracy you need to take over essiantaly the entire world or else every faction that isnt imperial or is imperial declares war on you. If you lose you get beheaded, if you win? Well nothing happens if you win, no cool music, no cutscene, no credits. Nothing.

But this is an open world sandbox so what sort of open worldish things can you currently do?
-you can do quest for noteable figures and earn gold and reputation, It should be noted there are a handfull of different quest.

-You can create a kingdom or become a vassal! Well if you become a vassal you are stuck with ai thats dumber than a rock. The Ai is either consistantly declaring wars that it cannot win or creating armies just to starve themselves out.
"Well then I'll create my own kingdom!" Lemmie stop you there buddy. Creating a kingdom is defininately a good option but the features for it arent implimented yet. The declare war and make peace button are not ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and 5/10 lords youve recruited into your ranks will dessert before you can say "over priced game."

Lets talk about wars so each city and settlement has militias, garrisons and food stocks. Now currently those foodstocks are almost always going down even when at peace. when foodstocks reach 0 both the garrison and militia will decrease until foodstocks become postitive agian. Now you might be wondering how can i abuse this? well all you have to do is sit infront of a cities gate that your at war with. Because of ai pathfinding peasants and caravans with food will not go near the city out of of fear and will endlessly pace back and forth near the city until you move or they get killed.
-Battles. They are definitely a thing. In battles ai only know how to do 2 things charge, or sit on a hill. Aside from battle ai my only other gripe with battles is when putting a unit in formation and then telling them to move makes them break formation instead of moving in formation.
-Sieges. Sieges are easy to summerize in one word "unoptimized" The ai in sieges while recently having learned how to use the battering ram still cannot comprehend the complexity of using more than one ladder to climb a castle wall.
-Capturing lords. Currently there are 4 thing you can do with captured lords. Hold them prisoner until they escape before you can say "over priced game." You can ransom them for a minute amount of gold, or you can release them and they'll be back at your front door siegeing your castle with 100 brand new men before you can say "over priced game."

-You can become a bandit king and strike fear into your into the peasants! Eh currently the raiding and looting is not very profitable or even fun. Not to mention most of the perks including the ones in the rougery tree are broken and do not work.
with raiding and looting you have a few options raid a village, attack peasant or attack caravans. Currently villages and caravans are actually a formidable enemy. Villages whilst not usually having quality troops They can have many troops. In my experience ive seen as low as 24 and as high as 60men. Attacking caravans? Well i hope you have mostly calvary becuase caravans typically only have calvary and ranged units. Whilest they were recently nerfed to have a maximum of 30 men they are still strong in the early game. That leaves peasant which are small in numbers and weak when traveling the map.
The biggest problem with raiding and looting right now is profit. There a currently only a handful of viallge types you can loot for profit.

-You can become a master of the board games! or so you thought you can almost become a master of all the board games but the vlandian board game is broken and all the pieces are the same color.

- You can become a master of trade! Now this in my opinion is the most viable option but the most boring. Currently in the game trading is well trading. Going from city to city selling things for profit. However you can invest in caravans and workshops! well yes but no. currently there is a limit the the amount of caravans and workshops you can own, and with the recent patch caravans have become very vulnerable. however if you max out trade you can buy every each city and cast for 1 whole denar each

There is a whole plethera of bugs, missing features and needed improvesments i could go on about but i wont beacause its my review this game is simply broken and overpriced but its fun for a short amount of time before you realize your restricted to essentialy one play style, which is also broken.

Played for less than 2hrs and refunded, game is very mundane and feels like a mobile game port.

This game will beat you down until you have a good strategy. Then the fires and that good stuff. But it is the best town/city builder i have ever played. The worst are the nomads they eat all your food spread disease..... And they dress the same. Not a large varity of buildings but alot to do and lots of diying.
